Florida International defeats North Texas 35-28

MIAMI (AP) Wayne Younger scored on a 23-yard run with 5:08 left, capping 21 unanswered points by Florida International in a 35-28 win over North Texas on Saturday night.

The Panthers (3-7, 3-4 Sun Belt Conference) used an interception, a blocked punt and a Mean Green fumble to overcome a 28-14 halftime deficit.

Florida International's Paul McCall tied the game at 28 on a 3-yard touchdown pass to T.Y. Hilton with 8:57 left. (MORE)
