Florida Atlantic defeats Arkansas State 35-18

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) Jeff Van Camp threw three touchdown passes to lead Florida Atlantic over Arkansas State 35-18 on Saturday.

Alfred Morris rushed for two scores and caught a touchdown pass for the Owls (3-6, 3-2 Sun Belt Conference), who won their first home game of the season.

Van Camp was 18-for-27 for 242 yards in his second start at quarterback this season, replacing the injured Rusty Smith. Morris ran for 117 yards, his fourth 100-yard game of the year. (MORE)
